JoEllen Forbes – Office Manager
JoEllen has been with our practice since our doors first opened in 2003. She has a wealth of knowledge and experience in insurance coverage and processing insurance claims. Shortly after finishing high school, JoEllen attended and graduated from a dental assisting program. JoEllen loves working with her second family; she considers this office her home away from home. She enjoys being around people and strives to make our patients feel more like family than a number. JoEllen married her highschool sweetheart and is the proud mother of 4 and lucky grandmother of 2.

Tanje Duvall – Insurance Coordinator
Tanje started at our practice in 2007, making sure all insurance claims are filed in a timely manner. She loves our beautiful, new office and laidback atmosphere, and considers our doctors to be the best in the business. Tanje is married and has 2 active boys, who keep her busy with sports and activities. Her hobbies include spending time with family, traveling to new places, cheering on the Denver Broncos, and watching a good game of football. She lives for the outdoors, especially when hunting or shooting her bow.

Heather Hammond – Treatment Coordinator
Heather’s main priority is ensuring patients are on schedule for treatment. She loves the family feel of the office—not just with our team, but with our patients as well. She has been part of our practice since 2013. Heather graduated from Clearfield High School in 2004, and attended dental assisting school shortly thereafter. She has been in the dental field ever since. Heather is married and welcomed her first child in August 2016. She enjoys anything outdoors or related to sports.

Kami Hughes – Dental Assistant
Kami loves the people she works with because they are so friendly, and shows up to work each day to help our team provide quality care for our patients. She has been part of our team since 2010.

Megan Morgan – Dental Assistant
Megan has been with the practice since 2012 and loves the people she works with! She also enjoys traveling to new places, hiking, riding motorcycles, playing with her dog, and spending time with her family.

Irene Rogers – Dental Assistant
Irene is a cheerleader for dental care—she believes everyone should take the best care of their teeth, and is here to help make that happen by being involved in all aspects of patient care at our office. Irene began her studies in the field of health sciences in 1985, graduating with her CDA in dental assisting from SLCC. She has truly enjoyed her career in dentistry, and considers herself to be a lifelong learner in promoting dental and overall health. She became our team member in 2017 and loves the people in our office. Irene also enjoys the outdoors, especially gardening, camping, fishing, golfing, boating, and riding four wheelers and motorcycles.

Michaela Johnson – Dental Hygienist
Michaela joined our team in 2014. She loves working with the most kind, fun, and genuine people—in fact, Elite Dental has provided her with lifelong friends! Michaela also enjoys getting to know our patients and making them feel comfortable. She has been married for 5 years and has 2 children, ages 2 years and 10 weeks. Michaela loves reading, watching movies, and spending time with her kids. While studying dental hygiene, she received the Periodontal Award for Clinical Expertise.

Cami Munden – Dental Hygienist
Cami loves the atmosphere at Elite Dental and how we all get along and work well together. She began working at Elite Dental in 2012. Cami earned her degree at SLCC. She is the youngest of 3 children (and the only daughter) and loves to read and watch movies in her spare time.

Marianne Jones – Dental Hygienist
Marianne graduated from the Utah College of Dental Hygiene with a Bachelor of Science in dental hygiene, and has been part of our team since 2014. She is a gentle but thorough hygienist who cares about her patients. Her favorite part of being in this office is the people she works with, including her older brothers. Marianne is married and has a baby boy. She loves music, traveling, eating out, and spending time with family.

Heather Hafen – Dental Hygienist
Heather loves the fun atmosphere of the office—it makes coming to work even more enjoyable! She has a Bachelor of Science in dental hygiene and has been part of our team since August 2016. Heather is married with 2 dogs, Roo and Moose. Her interests include running, biking, hiking, skiing, and just being outside.

Heather Hansen – Dental Hygienist
Heather graduated with her bachelor’s degree in 2011 and joined Elite Dental in 2017. She takes pride in her work and in giving patients the best possible care. Her favorite parts of her job are getting to know patients and being part of a team that helps people improve their oral health. Heather is the youngest of 4 kids. She enjoys softball, boating, hiking, going to Disneyland, and spending time with her family.

Jentry Holt – Dental Hygienist
Jentry graduated from the Utah College of Dental Hygiene with a bachelor’s degree in 2016 and has been with our practice since the beginning of 2017. She loves educating her patients about oral health and getting to know them on a personal level. Jentry has been married for five years and enjoys traveling, doing anything outdoors, and spending time with family and friends.
